Committee and many MPs support calls to allow asylum seekers to work in this country. <br />UK government has committed money to rebuild Zimbabwe and allowing asylum seekers to work would help prepare them for return <br />and rebuilding. Pays tribute to skills and talent of Zimbawean asylum seekers. Successfully got him transferred to hospital as had <br />been on hunger strike. Hoey and other supporters successfully campaigned for him to be allowed to stay in UK.
