HumanRightsTV Mexico is a developing series of channels which has come about as a result of the Foro Mundial de Medios Publicos event in Guadalajara, Mexico (June 2011). Over the coming year we are hopeful that this facility will develop and grow into a leading Spanish content service on our system.
