<p>Adrian stresses the urgency – we need much more house building activity NOW - the Homes and Communities Agency is a welcome initiative – banks will soon have to lend again – it is their core business – it needs to be understood that more housing is essential infrastructure – Government seem not to have realised this yet – some form of publicly initiated housing is urgently required – and the buildings material supply industry urgently needs business – Adrian refers to his ’49-minute house’.</p>
