Jack discusses his research for his project

Jack Adams thought very carefully about the research for his project. When dealing with cross cultural investigations, especially with indigenous peoples, it can be very counter productive to enter the process loaded with pre-conceptions. In the case of indigenous Australian history this is very much the case because most of what has been written, and that is not a lot, about this are of human culture has been written by white people. Needless to say, most of what is written is therefore open to debate if not simply to be dismissed as inaccurate. The point of the study was to learn what indigenous people had to say and teach not to then frame that within my own terms of reference.
