Adrian Cooper asks if we know what we should be doing. 06

Adrian Cooper uses anecdotal evidence to suggest that we don't always know what the solutions to problems are because we fail to see fundamentals. This is a classic example of lateral thinking and problem solving explained as a simple model. Adrian makes a very clear point by asking ‘do people really know what they are doing – and why?’ – he has a punchy example about making precision drill bits -  there is a clear lesson here – the housing industry has lost the plot!
