As the discussion moves towards trying to provide either answers or consensus Adrian Cooper advances solutions within recognisable business models. Paul Nicolson sees in Adrian's solutions that land speculation is replaced with simple corporate investment for profits rather than asset price inflation. Stephen Hill talks about proposals he recently made to investment bankers and how the commercial aspect can be satisfied within a development model. Such a principle could work – Adrian returns to the finance institution who are interested in a 25 year income stream – not in any speculative process – he believes this is a new and enlightened approach to investment – this particular market process makes a lot of sense – Stephen gives the example of how a small rural CLT can produce a similar sensible outcome.
